Our commitment Holley Insurance Agency wants everyone to be able to learn about coverage and get a quote, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. Our target for **holleyagency.com** is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are working toward that standard and improving the Site over time. We do not claim that every page fully meets it today. ## 2. What we have done * **Text alternatives** — images on the Site include alt text, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers. * **Skip link and focus outline** — each page starts with a "Skip to main content" link, and links, buttons, and form fields show a visible outline when you move to them with a keyboard. * **Responsive layout and zoom** — pages adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, and the Site does not block browser zoom. * **Reduced motion** — if your device is set to reduce motion, the Site turns off smooth scrolling and animations. * **Page structure** — pages use headings and lists so assistive technology can move through them. ## 3. Known limitations We have not yet fully audited every part of the Site. These are the areas we know need more work, and we are working on them: * **Quote form step announcements** — when the quote form moves to its next step, the change may not be announced to every screen reader. * **Date of birth field** — the date of birth field on the quote form has not yet been fully tested with assistive technology. * **Low-contrast gray text** — some light gray text, such as footer links and the quote form's step counters, may not have enough contrast for everyone. Some parts of the Site also come from outside services that we do not fully control: * **Map embeds** from Google Maps may not be fully accessible with a keyboard or screen reader. You can ignore the suggestions and type your full address.
