## 1. The short version

**We never sell, rent, or trade your information.** When you ask us for a quote, your request stays with Holley Insurance Agency. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other insurance agencies or lead companies.

We use what you tell us to prepare your quote, contact you about it, service your policy if you become a client, and meet our legal obligations. We share it only with Allstate or the insurer that issues the policy you ask about (so it can price and issue your coverage), the service providers who help us run this website and follow up with you, and regulators when the law requires it.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, and you can stop calls and texts at any time by replying STOP (or any similar words) or simply telling us.

The rest of this page explains the details. This policy is effective September 30, 2026.

## 2. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how **Holley Insurance Agency LLC** ("Holley Insurance Agency," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through ** holleyagency.com** (the "Site") and when you contact us about a quote.

We are a local insurance agency at 1801 Trimmier Rd, Suite A1, Killeen, TX 76541, in Bell County. Our agency is owned by Justin Holley, an exclusive agent of Allstate, and we are a licensed insurance agency in the State of Texas. We are licensed in Texas only.

### Allstate's own privacy notice

Most policies we write are issued by Allstate Insurance Company and its affiliates. Some policies you ask about, such as life insurance or National Flood Insurance Program flood policies, may be issued by other companies, which give you their own privacy notices. When Allstate issues you a policy, Allstate gives you its own privacy notice as required by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Texas insurance privacy rules (28 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 22). That notice governs how Allstate handles your information. You can read it any time:

* [Allstate Privacy Center](https://www.allstate.com/privacy-center)
* [Allstate Insurance Company privacy statement](https://www.allstate.com/privacy-center/aic-privacy-statement)

This policy covers what our agency does with your information, starting with this website.

## 3. What we collect

### What you tell us on the quote form

Our quote form asks only for what we need to prepare a quote. Depending on the coverage you choose, that includes:

* **Coverage type** — for example, auto, home, or both
* **Vehicles** — year, make, and model (up to four vehicles) and the number of drivers
* **Current insurance** — whether you are currently insured and, if so, your current insurance company
* **Your home** — property type, approximate age, square footage, number of stories, your current home insurer, and whether you own your home
* **About you** — date of birth, gender, and marital status
* **Contact details** — first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number

**Personal details we treat as confidential.** Your date of birth, gender, and marital status are personal details we treat as confidential, and we handle them as sensitive information. Insurers use them to price coverage, so we use them only to prepare your quote. We never use them for advertising.

**What we do not collect on this Site:** Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, health information, or payment information. If Allstate needs any of that later to issue a policy, it is collected through Allstate's own secure systems, not through this website.

The rate estimator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter there are not sent to us or to anyone else.

### What is collected automatically

* **IP address and approximate location** — we use your IP address to estimate your city and ZIP code so we can fill in part of the quote form for you. This is approximate, not your precise location.
* **Basic browser and device information** — such as browser type and the pages requested, recorded in our web host's standard server logs.

See [Cookies and website tools](#cookies) for the exact services involved.

### What you tell us in other ways

If you call, email, text, or visit our office, we keep what you share with us so we can help you. We handle it the same way this policy describes.

## 4. How we use it

We use your information to:

* **Prepare your quote** — including sending your details to Allstate or the insurer that issues the policy you ask about, so it can price coverage for you
* **Contact you about your quote** — by phone, text, or email, as you asked us to
* **Service your policy** — if you become a client, to help with changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims
* **Check your contact details** — to confirm the email and phone number you entered are valid, which reduces typos and fake submissions
* **Comply with the law** — including insurance recordkeeping rules, Do Not Call rules, and requests from regulators
* **Keep the Site safe** — to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security problems

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to your insurance. **Your information is not used to train artificial intelligence models.**

## 5. Who we share it with

**We do not sell your personal information.** We never sell, rent, trade, or share your information with other insurance agencies, lead companies, or anyone else for their own marketing.

We share your information only with:

* **The insurer for your policy** — Allstate Insurance Company, its affiliates, or the insurer that issues the specific policy you ask about (for example, life insurance and National Flood Insurance Program flood policies may be issued by other companies), when you ask us for a quote or a policy, so they can price, underwrite, and issue your coverage.
* **Service providers under contract** — companies that help us run this website and follow up on your request: website hosting, form processing and automation, our customer management system (CRM), address lookup, contact verification, and our phone, texting, and email providers. Providers under contract may use your information only to provide their service to us. Some providers, such as Google, also process information under their own privacy policies. Each one is listed in the table in [Cookies and website tools](#cookies).
* **Regulators and legal requirements** — when the law requires it, such as a request from the Texas Department of Insurance, a subpoena, or a court order, or to protect against fraud.
* **A buyer of our agency** — if our agency is sold or merged, client records may transfer to the new owner, who must keep protecting them as this policy describes.
* **Anyone else, only with your permission** — for example, if you ask us to talk with your mortgage lender about your homeowners coverage.

That is the complete list.

## 6. Calls and text messages

When you submit our quote form and agree to be contacted, you give Holley Insurance Agency permission to call and text you about your quote and related insurance products and services at the number you provide. Your consent is given to our agency only. It is not a condition of buying anything, and you can always call us at [(254) 669-6522](tel:+12546696522) instead.

* **Stop at any time.** You can revoke consent by any reasonable means. Reply ** STOP**, ** CANCEL**, ** END**, ** QUIT**, ** UNSUBSCRIBE**, ** REVOKE**, ** OPT OUT**, or any similar words to any text, tell us on a call, email us, or call our office. We may send one final text confirming your opt-out.
* **Get help.** Reply ** HELP** to any text, or call [(254) 669-6522](tel:+12546696522).
* **Frequency and cost.** Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
* **How fast we act.** We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days.
* **When we contact you.** Both calls and texts are sent only between 9 AM and 9 PM Monday through Saturday, and between noon and 9 PM on Sunday, in your local time.

**Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.**

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt out, we will contact you about an existing policy only by live, manually placed calls, email, or mail, unless you tell us otherwise.

## 7. Do Not Call

* **Our internal Do Not Call list.** If you ask us not to call you, we add your number to our internal Do Not Call list and honor your request for ten years.
* **National and Texas lists.** Where the law requires, we check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and the Texas no-call list before making marketing calls.
* **Calling and texting hours.** We make calls and send texts only between 9 AM and 9 PM Monday through Saturday, and between noon and 9 PM on Sunday, in your local time.

To be added to our Do Not Call list, tell us on any call, reply **STOP**, ** CANCEL**, ** END**, ** QUIT**, ** UNSUBSCRIBE**, ** REVOKE**, ** OPT OUT**, or any similar words to a text, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

## 8. Cookies and website tools

This Site relies on a few outside services to work. Here is each one, what it does, and what it receives.

Third-party services used on holleyagency.com

| Tool | What it does | What it receives |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Netlify | Hosts this website | Your IP address, browser information, and pages requested (standard server logs) |
| Google Fonts | Loads the fonts the Site uses | Your IP address and browser information |
| Google Maps / Places | Suggests addresses as you type on the quote form, and shows map embeds | The address you type, your IP address, and browser information |
| ipapi.co | Estimates your approximate city and ZIP code to pre-fill the quote form | Your IP address |
| AbstractAPI | Checks that the email and phone number you enter are valid, as you type them and before you submit the form | The email address and phone number you enter |
| Zapier | Delivers your form submission to our CRM | Your quote form submission |
| Allstate Lead Manager | Our customer management system (CRM), where we track and follow up on your request | Your quote form submission |
| Our phone and texting provider | Places and receives our calls and text messages | Your phone number and the content of calls and texts with us |
| Our email provider | Sends and receives our email | Your email address and the content of emails with us |
| Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) | Measures visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads and counts completed quote requests, so we can see which ads work and show our ads to people who have visited this Site. It does not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal | The pages you visit, your IP address, browser and device information, and Meta’s advertising cookies (such as `_fbp`). We do not send Meta your name, phone number, email, or the answers you give on our forms |
| Google favicon service | Shows small insurer and vehicle logos in the quote form | Only your IP address and browser information |

**The Meta Pixel is the only advertising tool on this Site. We do not use analytics cookies or call tracking. If we add any other tools, we'll update this table first.**

### Cookies and browser storage

This Site does not set its own tracking cookies. The Meta Pixel sets Meta’s advertising cookies (such as `_fbp`) unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. When you finish the quote form, we briefly use your browser's **sessionStorage** to carry your quote details from the form to the thank-you page, so they never appear in the page address. That data stays in your browser and clears when you close the tab.

### Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

If your browser sends a **Global Privacy Control** (GPC) signal or a ** Do Not Track** signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale of your information, any sharing for targeted advertising, and any targeted advertising. When we see either signal, the Meta Pixel does not load, so your visit is not shared with Meta for advertising. We do not sell your information. You do not need to do anything else.

## 9. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. For example, information you submit through this Site travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to client records is limited to people at our agency who need it.

No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not email us sensitive details such as Social Security, driver's license, or bank account numbers. Call us instead.

## 10. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy. In practice, that means:

* **Quote requests** — as long as needed to follow up on your request and to meet insurance recordkeeping rules
* **Client records** — for as long as you are a client, and afterward for as long as Texas insurance law and Allstate's requirements say we must
* **Consent and opt-out records** — we keep records of your consent and any opt-out for at least five years, and we keep internal Do Not Call requests for ten years

When we no longer need information, we delete or destroy it securely.

## 11. Your privacy rights

You can ask us to:

* **Access** — tell you what personal information we have about you
* **Correct** — fix information that is wrong
* **Delete** — delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it
* **Get a copy** — give you a portable copy of the information you provided to us
* **Opt out** — stop any sale, targeted advertising, or profiling (the Meta Pixel is our only advertising tool, and a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal turns it off), and stop marketing calls, texts, and emails

These rights apply to Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies, and to residents of other states whose privacy laws apply. We also honor these requests for any customer as a matter of good practice, and we will never treat you differently for making one.

### How to make a request

Call us at [(254) 669-6522](tel:+12546696522) or email [justinholley@allstate.com](mailto:justinholley@allstate.com). To protect you, we will verify your identity by matching details you give us with the information we already have. Requests are free.

An **authorized agent** may make a request for you. We will ask for your signed permission and may still need to verify your identity with you directly.

We generally respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that by up to 45 more days, and we will tell you why before the first 45 days end.

### Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal. Email [justinholley@allstate.com](mailto:justinholley@allstate.com) with the subject line **"Privacy Appeal"** and tell us which decision you disagree with. We will respond in writing within 60 days and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at [texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection](https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection).

For information Allstate holds about a policy it issued, you can also use the options in the [Allstate Privacy Center](https://www.allstate.com/privacy-center).

## 12. If there is a data breach

If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Texas law, and we will notify the Texas Attorney General and others when the law requires it.

## 13. Children

This Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

## 14. Links to other websites

This Site links to websites we do not control, such as Allstate's website, Google Maps, and our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply there, not this one. Please review them before sharing information.

## 15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, our tools, or the law change. We will update the date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change to how we use or share your information, we will post a clear notice on this Site before the change takes effect.
